Course Description

The “Business Registration in Nepal” course is designed for entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners who want to learn about the process of company registration in Nepal. In this course, you will gain an understanding of the different registration options available and the pros and cons of each.

You will also learn about the PAN types and their impact on your business, as well as the different types of invoices issued under various PANs. The course covers various types of businesses and their tax liabilities, along with the types of tax returns that need to be filed.

He has obtained the Diploma in International Financial Reporting (Dip IFR), Information System Audit (ISA), and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detention (FAFD). He had also served as General Secretary of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. He is a current member of the Accounting Standard Board of Nepal and a Member of the tax reform consultation committee of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce. He had severed as a member of the Sick Industry Reform Committee under the Ministry of Industry for the year 2014. He has been involved in the training and implementation of NFRS and high-level tax training and consultancy in several institutions. He is also a visiting faculty at the Kathmandu School of Management to MBA Level. He is a partner at one of the audit firms in Kathmandu.
